At Cassie's Kitchen we want all of our customers to make informed decisions about our products.  If you have a food allergy or are following a special diet, please get in touch to discuss this before ordering. 

Cross-Contamination 

All of our products are baked in one kitchen which handles the ingredients used to make all our products.  While we do have processes in place to manage the risk of cross-contamination, we operate in a relatively small space and are not able to operate segregated areas for particular ingredients.  While every effort is made to manage the risk, cross-contamination of products is possible.  

We handle the following main allergens in our kitchen: milk, eggs, fish, crustaceans, gluten, tree nuts, peanuts, sesame, soya (and lupin), celery, mustard, sulphites and moluscs.

If you have a serious allergy to any of the above, unfortunately the only way to be 100% safe is not to consume our products.  

Information for Coeliacs

We are able to make many of our products without gluten.  However, our kitchen does handle ingredients containing gluten.  We are not able to claim that our 'made without gluten' products are gluten-free.  As above, every effort to manage the risk of cross-contamination will be made, however this cannot be guaranteed.
